As a customer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason or if your order has arrived damaged, you are welcome to return the item(s) for an exchange or refund. All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges after this 30-day period.
Please fill out our return form here, indicating if you are returning the item(s) for an exchange or refund and why you are doing so. You MUST INCLUDE this form when shipping your return. In order to process your return, you will need to include your name, email address, shipping address and order number, along with the items that you are returning. You are also responsible for all shipping charges associated with your return.
If you are requesting an exchange, we will send your replacement item(s) at no charge. If you are requesting a refund, you will be reimbursed for the item(s) returned – the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
In addition, all returned items must be in the original condition in which you received them. We do NOT accept washed or used items.
